Only the Cross of Jesus.

There is but one way to salvation, and we need to make this clear. It is not by being a good nationalist, as the Dalai Lama says. Though he speaks sense. Nor is it being a very good progressive, and manipulating search strategies to elect whom you want: Google did that, and more than any Russians.

It is Christ who saves us, and on the cross.

Nothing else.

From Mount Hor they set out by the way to the Red Sea, to go around the land of Edom. And the people became impatient on the way. And the people spoke against God and against Moses, “Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no food and no water, and we loathe this worthless food.” Then the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people, so that many people of Israel died. And the people came to Moses and said, “We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord and against you. Pray to the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us.” So Moses prayed for the people. And the Lord said to Moses, “Make a fiery serpent and set it on a pole, and everyone who is bitten, when he sees it, shall live.” So Moses made a bronze[a] serpent and set it on a pole. And if a serpent bit anyone, he would look at the bronze serpent and live.

11 Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know, and bear witness to what we have seen, but you[a] do not receive our testimony. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 No one has ascended into heaven except he who descended from heaven, the Son of Man.[b] 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in him may have eternal life.[c]

16 “For God so loved the world,[d] that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

I was distracted this morning by the various tweet streams: there are hurricanes in America, and war elsewhere. There is much to do, this day and every day. To speak true: to remove those who would make us what we are not. To do good.

To let the world virtue signal.

To not eat their soy or teaching. Instead, to turn to the pure word of Christ. Turn to him. Your life may not be as long as you plan, and today is the day of choice.

Do not be as this damned elite, converged with evil, and doomed to destruction.
